Why Giving Client Gifts is a Must this Christmas.
Christmas is a time for giving – and this does not need to be restricted to your nearest and dearest! Corporate Client gifts are a fantastic way of thanking loyal clients for their support throughout the year and for ending on a positive note. But choosing a gift which is both thoughtful and professional can be tricky, so we are here to help.
Why Give your Clients gifts?
In business, the human element of interaction is often put to one side to focus on more professional matters. A Christmas gift is a great way to introduce a personal touch at a time when people will be most receptive to it. A gift demonstrates a level of thoughtfulness which may not be expected and will make you a far more memorable business connection. With the right gift, you can also demonstrate other aspects of your business – showing that you are ethical, eco-friendly, and engaged, for example. The bottom line is, if clients feel valued, they will be more inclined to recommend you.
Why Give Sustainable Wines?
Wine is an excellent choice for a client gift– not too familiar or specific, it still offers scope for thoughtfulness and sophistication. Avoiding the big brands and generic supermarket wines shows that you have put thought and effort into selecting the right wine for the person, and opting for a sustainable wine is a clever way to point to your company’s commitment to the environment in a subtle way. Choosing a quirky or unusual wine also shows that your business is different, creative, and thinks outside of the box, as well as providing an excellent conversation topic.
Which Wines to Give
One of our firm favourites, this organic, natural Prosecco is unusually made in the champenoise method (where the second fermentation takes place in the bottle with no added sulphur, sugar, or yeast). It is the perfect bubbly to toast with and we think your clients will love its clean, minerally taste – Cheers!
We’ve mentioned this fabulous Rosé before because it is truly something special. Made with a delicious blend of Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir, this sustainable Rosé from New Zealand’s newest wine region is so unusual and delicious that even non-Rosé-drinkers have been swayed! Rich in flavour with notes of apple, cherry and citrus, it is ripe, dry and vibrant and perfect with turkey!
This fruity red from the Languedoc-Roussillon region has woodland aromas and notes of blackcurrant and blackberry and is made from a blend of Carignan, Mourvedre, Syrah and Grenache grapes. Organic and vegan, it is the perfect warming red for a wintery day.
An excellent conversation starter, this fabulous organic white was actually made in England! Awarded the Bronze in the 2015 UKVA wine of the year competition, this zesty, slightly spicy white has notes of kiwi and greengage and goes wonderfully with white meats and salads, making it the perfect accompaniment to Christmas leftovers!
